- Recruitment of Insurance Advisors
- Identify and recruit new Life Insurance Advisors/Agents as per business requirements.
- Build a strong and productive advisor network.
- Conduct advisor prospecting through references, market visits and networking.
- Advisor Development
- Train and motivate advisors on insurance products, sales processes and customer handling.
- Help new advisors become productive and achieve their first business.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with advisors.
- Business Development
- Generate Life Insurance business through the advisor network.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Ensure regular activation and productivity of advisors.
- Track advisor performance, leads, conversions and business generated.
- Work with low-performing advisors to improve their productivity.
- Customer Acquisition
- Support advisors in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Guide advisors in understanding customer financial and protection requirements.
- Promote appropriate Life Insurance solutions to customers.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing advisors.
- Resolve advisor queries and provide regular business support.
- Build long-term relationships to improve advisor retention and productivity.
- Sales & Performance Management
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and advisor performance reports.
- Take corrective actions to achieve assigned business targets.
