Architecture Structural BIM Modeler

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture, Structure & Civil) for our Madurai branch.

In this role, you will transform 2D design drawings into accurate, data-rich 3D digital models. You will be responsible for modeling building structures, architectural layouts, and site infrastructure, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure conflict-free, construction-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling (Building): Create and maintain precise 3D BIM models for architectural elements (walls, finishes) and structural components (foundations, beams, columns) using Autodesk Revit.
• Civil & Site Modeling: Develop digital terrain models, grading layouts, utility networks, and site infrastructure using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Clash Coordination: Run clash detection tests to find and resolve geometric conflicts between civil, structural, and architectural elements before construction begins.
• Documentation: Generate accurate 2D construction drawings, floor plans, sections, profiles, and material take-offs directly from the 3D models.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling across building and infrastructure projects.
• Software Mastery: High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure) and Autodesk Civil 3D is mandatory. Knowledge of Navisworks is a strong plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural logic, site grading, and civil infrastructure components.
• Communication: Ability to coordinate smoothly with cross-functional design teams and project managers.
