Architecture & Master Planning Design

Job Summary

Seeking an Architect with 5-10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to support master planning and architectural design for high-rise residential, mixed-use, and township developments. The role involves design coordination, consultant management, feasibility evaluation, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company design standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and review master plans, site layouts, and architectural concepts for high-rise developments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, landscape designers, and project teams throughout the design lifecycle.
• Evaluate design proposals and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and project requirements.
• Review architectural drawings, design presentations, and construction documentation.
• Support project feasibility studies, design optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure design quality, functionality, sustainability, and brand alignment.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for timely project execution
• Individual contributor role reporting to Team Lead - Design

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch & Post Graduation in master planning is mandatory.
• 5-10 years of experience in Architecture and Master Planning within the Real Estate industry.
• Strong experience in High-Rise Residential, Mixed-Use Developments, and Township Projects.
• Expertise in Master Planning, Site Planning, Architectural Design, and Design Coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of building bye-laws, development regulations, and statutory approvals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, design sensibility, and problem-solving abilities
