About this role
We are looking for a skilled Architecture / Interior BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to develop accurate BIM models and detailed architectural/interior Revit Models & Documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Architectural & Interior BIM models using Revit.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and sheets.
Interpret architectural/interior drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
Coordinate models with other disciplines and identify clashes using Navisworks.
Ensure model and drawing quality, BIM standards, and timely project delivery.
Work closely with Architects, Designers, BIM Coordinators, and project teams.
Required Skills:
Revit | BIM | Revit Architecture | Interior Modeling | AutoCAD | Navisworks | 3D Modeling | Construction Documentation | Revit Families
Preferred: Autodesk Forma, BIM 360/ACC, Revit Family Creation, BIM Coordination.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Graduation not mandatory.
