Architectural Project Coordinator

• The ideal candidate will be highly organised, technically sound and capable of coordinating between architects, consultants, clients, contractors and internal teams.
• The role requires strong ownership of project information, drawing submissions, deliverables, timelines, coordination and follow-ups.
• The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple projects and managing fast-paced, multidisciplinary design environments.

Brief Job Description :

• Coordinate architectural projects from design development through execution.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
• Track drawings, submissions, approvals, revisions and project deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, drawing registers and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams.
• Conduct coordination meetings and follow up on action points and decisions.
• Review drawings for coordination, completeness and quality before submission.
• Monitor project timelines, identify delays and proactively resolve coordination issues.
• Support site coordination, RFIs, technical queries and design clarifications.
