Architectural Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design residential villas from concept to final architectural drawings.
• Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing space layouts.
• Design exterior facades and architectural elements.
• Develop interior designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces.
• Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models and realistic renders.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create 3D models and high-quality renders using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, or equivalent software.
• Prepare presentation drawings and materials for clients.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, and MEP requirements.
• Review and modify designs according to client requirements.
• Work closely with the project and construction team to ensure the design is practical and suitable for execution.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all drawings and design work.
• do other engineering job on office or on site when company required

Required Skills:

• Strong architectural design and space-planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of residential and villa design.
• Strong understanding of construction details and materials.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.
• Good to excellent Revit skills.
• Strong 3ds Max + Corona Renderer skills.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape is an advantage.
• Ability to produce high-quality realistic 3D renders.
