Architectural Draughtsman

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings using AutoCAD, REVIT Architecture, SketchUp, HI-CAD, and other relevant software.
  
• Create high-quality residential and municipal drawing sets for housing projects with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Collaborate with architects to develop architectural designs that meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  
• Develop expertise in creating complex building layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for various types of buildings (residential/municipal).
  
• Ensure timely delivery of drafted documents to clients or project stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsman in the real estate industry.
  
• Diploma holder from a recognized institution with any specialization.
  
• Proficiency in preparing architectural drawings using AutoCAD, REVIT Architecture, SketchUp; knowledge of HI-CAD is an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of residential/municipal drawing standards; ability to create accurate working drawings & detail drawings.
