About this role
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working alongside Senior Architects to manage and deliver Architectural Projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare Working Drawings and Execution Drawings (GFC) sets
- Ensure all drawings are coordinated with structural, Mep consultants
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with architectural drawings (Not Frequently, only when necessary)
Desired profile of the candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of experience of working as a draftsman in an architectural firm
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD
- Experience with mid-rise to high-rise building typologies
