Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
- Create structural designs for residential projects including steel structures and civil architecture.
- Develop detailed models and renderings to visualize project concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in architectural design or related field (B.Arch degree required).
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD 3D/2D, REVIT, SketchUp, Lumion; knowledge of other relevant tools an asset.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles for residential buildings; experience with steel structures preferred.
