Architectural Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and lead the project from scratch
• Co-coordinating with the execution team from the start of the project is complete and executed at the site.
• Handling client and vendor meetings related to the project(s) that you are working on.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch. degree with a strong interest in architectural design, interior design, and project execution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design software.
• Good knowledge of architectural detailing, construction materials, working drawings, and site execution.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to handle client meetings, vendor discussions, and execution teams.
