The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative, clerical, and project-related support. Major focus is on US market and focusing on many constructions projects at various USA locations.

Role & responsibilities

Assist in preparing project documents, reports.
Help track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed.
Support architects with documentation, permit submissions, and tracking approvals.
Assist in formatting architectural documentation (PDFs, presentations, reports).
Maintain drawing logs, specifications, and revision histories.

Preferred candidate profile

2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Drive).
Experience AutoCAD, Revit or related is desirable.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.
Should be willing to work from office.
Shift time will be US Shift. (9:00 PM TO 11:00 AM IST)
