AID Manager(Architect & Interior Designer Engagement)

Role Purpose

The AID Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Design Firms to generate business opportunities, increase product specifications, and drive project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with Architects and Interior Designers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and design consultations with architects and designers.
• Promote company products and secure product specifications in upcoming projects.
• Track ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure project conversion.
• Organize architect meets, design events, seminars, and product launches.
• Provide product samples, catalogs, technical information, and design support to the AID community.
• Maintain a database of architects, interior designers, and project details.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, specifications, and project status.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of architect and interior designer visits.
• Product specifications achieved.
• Project registrations and conversions.
• Revenue generated through the AID channel.
• New architect/interior designer account acquisition.
• Customer engagement and relationship scores.

Skills Required

• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
