Role & responsibilities

Assisting in Design & Drawings

• Assist Manager Architect in preparation of working drawings, GFC drawings - plans, sections, elevations. Support in making detailed finishing drawings - flooring, false ceiling, toilets, kitchen, facade, staircase, landscape as per instructions. Update drawings as per markups given by Manager Architect and maintain revision history. Help in preparing sample flat / sample villa drawings

Site Support to Manager Architect

• Accompany Manager Architect to site visits and note down observations / snags. Check site execution as per drawings and report deviations to Manager Architect. Assist in resolving site queries by coordinating with execution team. Help in material sample verification at site as per approved boards

Coordination & Documentation

• Assist in coordination with Structural, MEP, Landscape consultants as directed. Maintain proper folder structure for all drawings, approvals, as-built drawings. Assist in preparing area statements, drawing lists and material boards. Coordinate with draughtsman for drawing production

Software & Presentation Work

• Work on AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion as per tasks assigned by Manager. Assist in preparing 3D views, renders, mood boards, PPTs for management review. Prepare material comparison sheets and sample collection

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch with 5-7 years experience & 2 to 3 years in residential - Villa & Highrise.
• Good knowledge of working drawings and luxury finishing details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit / SketchUp, MS Office, Photoshop - V-Ray / Lumion preferred.
• Should be good in detailing and understanding of site execution.
• Sincere, detail-oriented and willing to work as a support to Manager Architect.
• Willing to visit site when required
