Architects Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, budget, and timeline
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
• Select furniture, fixtures, materials, color palettes, and finishes
• Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
• Source and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and procurement schedules
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve on-site design issues
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2+ years of professional interior design experience
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and color theory
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Knowledge of building codes and ADA compliance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work (required for application)
