Architect

About the Role

CASA Consulting is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to develop architectural designs, prepare construction documentation and coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong design and visualisation skills with practical knowledge of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural concepts, designs and project proposals.
• Refine designs and plans to meet client requirements, project budgets and site conditions.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, specifications and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, structural and MEP consultants, contractors and other construction professionals.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on project feasibility and environmental considerations.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Manage assigned design activities, team deliverables and project timelines.
• Review drawings, incorporate feedback and maintain accurate revision records.
• Support site teams in resolving design queries during execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant architectural design and project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong architectural detailing, visualisation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials and building processes.
• Strong communication, client coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
