Role & responsibilities

• Develop site-specific Landscape Master Plans for tourism destinations, recreational spaces, waterfronts, nature trails, heritage zones, and public plazas.
• Prepare concept plans, spatial zoning, circulation plans, pedestrianvehicular movement plans, and environmental integration strategies.
• Integrate sustainability principles, native species, water management, soil considerations, and climate-adaptive landscape solutions.
• Develop tourism-centric thematic concepts: lake tourism, eco-tourism, cultural zones, selfie points, viewing decks, interpretation areas, etc
• Prepare high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and walk-through animations
• Coordinate closely with 3D visualizers for photo-realistic renders, drone views, and animation sequences.
• Prepare planting plans, lighting layouts, softscapehardscape detailing, and BOQs.
• Create design guidelines for signage, street furniture, pathways, kiosks, landscape lighting, and public amenities.

Preferred candidate profile

We seek a skilled Landscape Architect who can lead landscape planning,

thematic development, and on-ground conceptualisation for tourism

destinations, heritage sites, riverfronts, lakefronts, adventure zones, eco-tourism circuits, rural tourism clusters, waterfronts, and public realm improvement projects.
