    Prepare preliminary plans and design concept with consequent detailed drawings. Coordinate with respective BMC Liaisoning, Design Architect, MEP teams & Structural Engineers.Review and Validate drawings received from Consultants.

    Required Candidate profile

    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Excel. Understanding of DCPR 2034 and familiarity of approval process. Understanding of project execution , construction detailing and materials.
