Architect

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified Architect with a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design. This is a mid-level position for someone with a strong design sensibility, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into built reality.

You will work closely with the Design Leads and Senior Partners on concept design, design development, client presentations, across various project types.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and contextually responsive design solutions from concept to schematic and detailed design stages.
• Work collaboratively with the internal design team.
• Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, presentations, diagrams, and reports.
• Actively contribute to design critiques, team reviews.
• Take ownership of assigned project components and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in site visits for design evaluation and support during construction.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, materials, building regulations, sustainability strategies, and technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Masters Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1-2ears of post-qualification experience working in architectural firms on diverse typologies.
• Strong conceptual design and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in current architectural design software is essential, including:
• AutoCAD (Advanced Drafting & Documentation)
• SketchUp (Conceptual Massing & Design Studies)
• Lumion / Enscape / D5 (Real-time Rendering & Walkthroughs)
• Adobe Suite Photoshop, InDesign (for presentations & layouts), Powerpoint
• Rhino + Grasshopper (for parametric/modular design is a plus but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both verbal and graphic formats.
• Excellent design detailing ability and a clear understanding of construction systems and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and architectural storytelling.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working on Residential, Kothi, Farm House, Office, commercial, Low rise.
• Exposure to building codes and standards is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and independently while aligning with the team’s vision.
• A strong portfolio that reflects clarity in concept, space-making, design development, and execution quality.
