Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong real estate background to manage architectural design, planning, drawings, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in architectural software and the ability to deliver functional, aesthetically appealing, and technically accurate designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, development control rules, and local authority requirements.
• Review drawings, site progress, material specifications, and design execution.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and architectural presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architecture, preferably with real estate developers or construction companies.
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) with relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of BIM, 3D rendering, and architectural visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of building planning, construction drawings, materials, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A detail-oriented Architect with strong real estate project experience, excellent software skills, and the ability to independently handle architectural design, drawings, visualization, and consultant coordination.
