Architect

We are looking for a skilled Architect with experience in AutoCAD, Vastu-based floor planning, RCC structural drawings, 3D building design, and exterior elevations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Vastu-based residential and commercial floor plans.
• Develop RCC structural drawings, including foundation, column, beam, slab, and reinforcement details.
• Create 3D building plans and exterior elevations.
• Prepare detailed architectural and structural working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with clients and the engineering team to meet project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and design changes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D building design software.
• Knowledge of Vastu principles and RCC structural detailing.
• Understanding of architectural drawings and construction practices.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
