Staffbase Architect Job Description

Position Summary

The Staffbase Architect is responsible for designing implementing and governing enterprise employee experience solutions using the Staffbase platform

Solution Architecture

Design end to end Staffbase platform architecture for employee communication and digital workplace initiatives
Define information architecture content structures navigation models and governance frameworks

Develop solution blueprints for intranet employee mobile app and email communications
Ensure scalability security performance and maintainability of Staffbase solutions
Platform Implementation
Lead Staffbase implementation and rollout projects
Configure channels pages widgets user roles permissions and workflows
Establish branding theming and user experience standards
Support multilingual and multiregion implementations
Integration Architecture
Design integrations with
oAzure Entra ID Azure AD
oAWS Cloud services
oSailpoint
oServiceNow
oSAP SuccessFactors
oCMS platforms Staffbase Alfresco Sitevision etc
oREST APIs and thirdparty applications
Define authentication and SSO strategies using SAML OAuth and OpenID Connect

Provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams
Establish best practices for configuration customization and deployment
Conduct architecture reviews and solution assessments
Support complex troubleshooting and performance optimization
