Job Description Architect & Lead Conversion

Job Responsibilities

• Contact new leads and understand their requirements.
• Meet clients and discuss their interior design and renovation needs.
• Visit sites and understand project requirements.
• Prepare floor plans and design concepts as required.
• Explain design ideas, quotations, and services to clients.
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with the estimation and design teams.
• Maintain lead details and follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
• Build good relationships with clients and generate new business.

Requirements

• B.Arch or equivalent relevant qualification.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience in client handling and sales is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and floor plans.
• Ability to convince clients and close deals.
