Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural plans for residential projects, including high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed designs using Autocad software.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in designing residential buildings, particularly high-rise structures.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison work.
