Architect

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
• Assist in design development and research for thematic design schemes
• Prepare concept presentations and client proposals
• Ensure compliance with the latest norms and guidelines from relevant authorities
• Create detailed architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support.
• Utilize V-Ray, Google SketchUp, and 3ds Max to create realistic 3D visualizations and renderings.
• Oversee project documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Utilize MS-Office to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site visits (PAN India) and provide on-site recommendations
• Staying current on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture principles
• Should have experience in designing, planning, drafting and preparing working drawings of different projects.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Good Creative Designing and presentation Skills
• Innovative thinker, Proactive and a team worker
• Strong Project Management capabilities to oversee planning, execution, and delivery
• Advanced knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and local building codes
