Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural concepts and project proposals.
• Refine designs and plans to meet client requirements, project budgets and site conditions.
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants and construction professionals.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on project feasibility and environmental considerations.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable safety standards, building codes and local planning regulations.
• Manage assigned design activities, timelines and team deliverables.
• Support the resolution of design queries during project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a relevant related discipline.
• 3-4 years of relevant architectural design and project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design, visualisation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
