1. Position Overview

Piramal Nextgen is looking for a Architect with 4 - 10 years of professional experience

to join the Architecture & Design team.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, working

drawings, detailing and site execution, with hands-on proficiency in Revit and

AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and coordinating bungalows,

luxury residences and commercial spaces, along with practical site experience and

the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and vendors.

The role will involve taking projects from concept/design development through

detailed documentation and site execution, ensuring that design intent, quality and

project timelines are maintained.

Architectural Design

• Develop architectural designs for bungalows, residential developments and

commercial spaces.

• Translate design concepts into practical architectural solutions.

• Prepare plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.

• Develop design options, material palettes and architectural details.

• Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and presentations.

• Ensure that design solutions are functional, aesthetically appropriate and

practical to execute.

• Coordinate architectural design with structural and MEP requirements.
