About this role
BHIVE is seeking a talented Architect with 4-6 years of experience to create functional, innovative, and engaging co-working spaces. You will lead design projects,
blending architectural expertise with interior design to deliver spaces that foster collaboration, productivity, and community.
Responsibilities:
. Lead the design and space planning of coworking environments, focusing on flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics.
. Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinatingwith contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
. Develop architectural and interior design drawings, construction documents, and ensure compliance with regulations.
. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align designs with BHIVE's brand.
. Integrate sustainable practices and the latest design trends into projects.
. Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction.
. Prepare layouts as per client requirement & BHIVE Standards
. Work closely with account managers on providing layouts as requested.
. Collaborate with QS & Procurement for Additional Costing to Client
. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and solution details.
