Architect

We are looking for an experienced Architect to manage the complete architectural lifecycle of residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use projects, from concept design to project handover, ensuring quality, statutory compliance, cost optimisation and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural planning, design development and project execution.
- Prepare and review layouts, working drawings, elevations and construction details.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, Faade and PMC consultants.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, building bye-laws and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site visits, resolve design issues and monitor execution quality.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications and architectural finishes.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimisation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
- Guide junior architects and maintain design and documentation standards.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, detailing and site execution.
- Good knowledge of NBC, building regulations, fire safety and statutory approvals.
- Experience in consultant coordination, value engineering and multidisciplinary project execution
