Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and details for residential projects using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and Vray.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for interior designing and space planning.
  
• Create 3D models and renderings to visualize the final product.
  
• Prepare presentation materials like boards and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during the design process.

• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.

• Conducting site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.

• Modifying designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
  
• 3-6 years of experience in architecture or related field (residential).
  
• Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop & 3d rendering tools.
  
• Strong understanding of spatial relationships & ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, which is crucial for demonstrating design capability and creativity to potential employers.
