Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, including working drawings, design development drawings, and detail drawings.
  
• Develop presentation materials such as sketches, renderings, and models using software like SketchUp and AutoCAD.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences through effective communication skills.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with site teams and stakeholders.
  
• Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Diploma or B.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
