About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details for commercial buildings such as high-rise structures,Warehouse ,Factory , industrial buildings, and shopping malls.
- Create presentation drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion to present designs to clients.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare construction documents including specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in BIM modeler tools like Autodesk Revit or similar software.
- Strong skills in creating 3D models using software like SketchUp or Lumion.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD.
