Junior Architect Design & Project Coordination

Unicon Group is looking for a Junior Architect to join our team and support design coordination, project documentation, statutory approvals, and project record management.

Location: Pune
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Arch

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural designs and drawings for completeness and consistency
  • Check AutoCAD drawings, track revisions, and coordinate corrections
  • Maintain project details, drawing registers, and status trackers
  • Coordinate with design architects, licensing/liaison architects, consultants, and internal teams
  • Assist in compiling documentation for **EC, MPCB, RERA** and other statutory approvals
  • Maintain document checklists, submission records, approval files, and correspondence
  • Follow up on pending drawings, documents, and inputs to support project timelines

What We’re Looking For

B.Arch graduate with **2+ years of relevant experience**
Proficiency in **AutoCAD**
Working knowledge of **MS Excel & MS Word**
Ability to read and review architectural drawings
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
Experience in real estate projects or statutory approval documentation will be an added advantage
