Position Summary:

We are actively looking for an Architect with strong creative skills and hands-on experience in collaborating with design teams. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong design sensibilities to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of project development—from concept design to execution drawings through construction documentation and completion.
• Prepare and produce conceptual, schematic, design development, and working drawings along with services for small to mid-scale projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and technical experts.
• Maintain an efficient workflow while adhering to deadlines and priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong work ethics.
