Architect

Role Overview:

Classic Kitchen is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural and interior design planning, 2D/3D design development, client coordination, site visits, and project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop 2D and 3D designs based on client requirements.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and site assessments.
• Coordinate with clients, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure designs are executed as planned.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Create 3D models, renders, and design presentations.
• Coordinate design changes and revisions based on project requirements.
• Identify and resolve design and site-related issues.
• Ensure drawings and designs meet applicable standards and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate timelines for timely completion.
