Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.
• Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.
• Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.
• Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.
• Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in architectural design preferably in theme-based projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
