Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with interior, MEP, and site teams.
• Review drawings and ensure execution as per design and specifications.
• Assist in material selection, BOQ, and project documentation.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned work.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch with relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
• Experience in interior/hospitality/corporate projects preferred.
• Good understanding of construction details and materials.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with site and design teams.
