Architect

Requirements:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on backend development and architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and backend frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of: backend system design, API design, multithreading and concurrency, data structures and algorithms, database design, caching strategies, event-driven systems, performance tuning.
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency, resilient backend services in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture, containerization, and modern deployment practices.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, observability, logging, monitoring, and production operations.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to drive architecture reviews, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across product and engineering teams.
• Currently hands-on with production code.
