Architect

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to execution.
• Prepare and review construction drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, clients and site teams.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and manage the architecture team.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and quality standards.
• Review site execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Monitor project timelines, design deliverables and execution quality.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the project.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Arch from a recognised institution.
• 45+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in construction/real estate projects.
• Strong experience in design coordination and construction documentation.
• Good understanding of site execution and architectural detailing.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/drafting, modelling, rendering and coordination tools.
• Candidates with experience handling large-scale/complex projects will be preferred.
• Location: Hyderabad.
