Architect

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Working alongside Senior architects to design and develop project drawings
• Managing projects from concept development to completion
• Ensure efficient coordination, appropriate technical briefing and timely delivery from consultants and vendors
• Conducting site visits and preparing site reports

Desired profile of the candidate

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp & Rendering software
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong creative and visualization skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Work experience of 1-3 years
• Candidate with Interior Design knowledge would be an added advantage
