Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural designs, drawings, and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential interior design projects.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other visual representations of spaces.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all designs while meeting project deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in at least one CAD software (AutoCAD) or BIM software (Revit).
• 0-3 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations applicable to residential construction.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients.
