Job Description

We are looking for an Architect who can independently handle architectural design, planning, drawings and coordination from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning and layouts.
• Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawings.
• Create 3D models and visual presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution.
• Prepare design revisions, material specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with structural and MEP teams.

Requirements

• B.Arch with 2+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Good understanding of architectural planning, construction detailing and site execution.
• Strong design, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle projects from design to execution.
