Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Undertake architectural design and detailing for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings.
• Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Create high-quality architectural renderings and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with consultants, agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site supervision and monitored construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Manage project execution, timelines, and coordination to support timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, drawings, revisions, and execution records.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch. graduate with 01 year of experience in architectural design and execution.
• Good knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, working drawings, 3D modelling, and rendering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray.
• Knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD, and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and site supervision skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take responsibility.
