Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• 3D & Rendering Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Design Acumen: Portfolio demonstrating exceptional aesthetic judgment, form, and composition.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively pitch ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create innovative architectural concepts, space plans, and spatial layouts for diverse project types.
• BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain highly accurate, detailed architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
• 3D Visualization: Produce high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, details, annotations, and permit sets.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure design alignment.
• Code Compliance: Apply local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards to ongoing designs.
