Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural designs for residential projects, including working drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on space planning and layout.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions during construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate construction processes and practices.
• Proficiency in creating detailed interior designing plans using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
