Architect

Job Description:

• Conceptual and Creative design of Premium Retail outlets which includes Layout Planning, Layout Designing, Working Drawing, Façade design, 3D walk thru Final presentation etc for the Retail design.
• Thorough Knowledge of Auto CAD, Sketch up, 3DS Max, Revit and Photoshop, Enscape and other software tools which would help in creative design are a must.
• Travel extensively to the Project sites for the site assessment and evaluation of projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: B. Arch from a premier Institute
• Experience: Two / Three years of experience in the industry
• Skills and Attributes:Highly creative and Innovative person
• Should have good visualization skills
• Should be able to do good hand sketches
• Should have Critical Design Thinking
• Should possess good communication skills and a good degree of analytical and logical skills
• Candidate should have the zeal for hard work and should be able to do collaborative teamwork.
• Candidate should be flexible with work timings to meet project deadlines.
• Candidate with a very pleasant attitude.
