Job Description Architect

Position: Architect navalur
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs.
• Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare and review working drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with the execution team to resolve design and technical issues.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and site requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed within the required quality and timeline standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
