We are seeking a talented Architect with 3-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and drawings based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and comply with regulations.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
