Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and design teams.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Develop working drawings, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure design is executed as per approved drawings.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
• Assist in material, finishes, and design selections.
• Ensure projects meet quality, functionality, aesthetics, and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.
• Support project planning and design development from concept to execution.
