Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience. The role involves supporting the senior architect and project team through all stages from concept development to construction drawings and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
2. Support in developing design concepts, layouts, and space planning.
3. Prepare working drawings and construction details.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
4. Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
5. Research materials, finishes, and building codes.
6. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors as required.

Skills & Competencies:

1. B.Arch or related field, from a recognized institution.
2. 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Walkthrough and Photoshop. Experience with virtual tools is an added advantage (Eg. Coohom)
4. Strong understanding of design principles and building construction.
5. Ability to interpret and develop working drawings.
6. Good visualization and presentation skills.
7. Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
8. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
