Job Responsibilities Architect

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare design proposals and presentations in coordination with project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documentation for execution.
• Review drawings and resolve design and technical issues during project development.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work to ensure execution follows approved drawings and design intent.
• Assist in material selection, detailing, and development of architectural elements.
• Support projects from initial concept and planning through detailed design and execution.
• Work on residential, landscape, and community-centre projects across different locations.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Manage multiple design tasks and coordinate deliverables within project timelines.
